1. Schedule your cleaning with the booking window and any special notes.
2. We arrive on time and work from a detailed, room-by-room checklist.
3. Linens are changed and, if requested, washed and dried on-site while we clean.
4. Supplies are restocked if you provide them, and amenities are staged neatly.
5. We complete a final inspection and send a quick photo report for peace of mind.

Care tips are built into each visit. We ventilate bathrooms to reduce humidity, use microfiber on glass to avoid streaks, and choose neutral cleaners that are safe for common surfaces. If we see wear or maintenance concerns, we flag them so you can act before the next arrival.
